"I first saw Zumba on a TV comercial one morning while being up ridiculously early with my baby. It looked really fun and dancing my way back to fitness was exactly what I needed. After searching online I found Eve's Zumba class in Newquay... Newquay's first and only Zumba instructor at that time. Of course I felt nervous going to something new but I told myself I had nothing to lose.
Before the class started everyone was chatting and friendly which created a great atmosphere. When the music started the room was filled with exciting Latin rhythms and Eve taught us step by step how to do the routines. It was like dancing round the world!
Eve is so inspiring, even if I got all the steps wrong it didn't matter because it's all about enjoying the class, and the bonus is we get super fit. The more I went the more I loved it, in fact I loved it so much I eventually became an instructor..!!
